Dear Residents,

Our current pool and recreation rules were written over 30 years ago. Since then, laws and community standards in B.C. have changed. The Strata Council is now reviewing these rules to make sure they are fair, safe, and up to date with the B.C. Human Rights Code and Strata Property Act.

We are creating a committee on this subject to allow all residents to participate in the conversation prior to our AMG event in February 2026.
