Our pool rules were created decades ago, and we’re reviewing them to reflect today’s laws and community needs in B.C. A resident subcommittee will help gather input and propose options for discussion ahead of the AGM in February 2026.

The Strata Council is now reviewing these rules to make sure they are fair, safe, and up to date with the B.C. Human Rights Code and Strata Property Act.
